I have always said that you don't pick this business, it picks you, and here I am 20 some years after my first restaurant job. Being the head dishwasher is tough work, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. The family we have built here, staff and guests alike, have created such a unique experience at The Shed. I could not be more proud of it.
