Chef Justin Dixon is an Atlanta native that began his career studying at the Art Institute of Atlanta and working to pay the bills at the city’s famed Pano’s & Paul’s. From there, Justin worked under some of Atlanta’s most notable chefs; Shaun Doty, Zeb Stevenson, and Ian Winslade. He considers Chris Hall and Ben Barth (Local Three) his true Jedi Masters and kindred spirits. He spent time at The Spence as Sous Chef to Wesley True before being tapped to take over the kitchen at The Shed at Glenwood. While Justin is not spreading his wings in his own kitchen, he is a confessed politics junky, Outkast historian, and lover of Coca Cola and Frosted Strawberry Pop Tarts.
